anarchy?

I've dreamed the world was covered with an anarchic social system.
Exist international society consists of nations, and nations have many sorts of violent character against inside the nations and other nations.

so I've thought it would be ideal the international society which is made of large amount of small Professional groups.

but it's very difficult to make a dream because I didn't find the way to realize that.
If some nations transit to anarchism, other nations would try to invade that area.

I still have no idea about it.
