Lack of Expression

I usally express my opinion or feeling with non-language ways like music, picture, scribbles,
and i don't like speaking or writing.
I'd like to just listening, thinking.
I am not bad at listening, reading, grammar,

So now i am really bad at speaking and writtting,
t is fairly big problem for learning languages, English isn't exception.
How can i supposed.
I still like mechanics than humans.
